Overview

Food delivery businesses often struggle with fragmented system that rely on separate tools for ordering, delivery and in-store operation which leads to delays, errors and poor coordination. Drop was envisioned as a unified ecosystem that connects customers, delivery partners and stores through a single, streamlined workflow.

What We Did

We designed and developed Drop as an end-to-end food delivery ecosystem. The solution includes a customer ordering app for browsing menus and placing orders, a driver app for delivery assignment, navigation and status updates, as well as a store kiosk system for order acceptance and preparation management. Each component was built to work seamlessly together, ensuring real-time updates, minimal friction and operational clarity.

Outcome

Drop enabled smoother order flow, faster delivery coordination and improved in-store efficiency. The integrated ecosystem reduced dependency on manual processes, improved visibility across stakeholders and created a scalable foundation for multi-store and multi-city expansion.
