Overview

Refugees often face significant barriers in accessing employment due to lack of visibility, documentation challenges and limited access to trusted networks. At the same time, organizations and employers struggle to find structured, ethical ways to connect with refugee talent. Tris Refugee was envisioned to bridge this gap through a dedicated, purpose-driven platform.

What We Did

We designed and developed Tris Refugee as a job and work platform focused on accessibility, trust and dignity. The platform allows refugees to create profiles, showcase skills and discover job or work opportunities, while enabling NGOs, employers and partners to post roles and engage responsibly. Emphasis was placed on simple onboarding, multilingual-friendly design and workflows suitable for diverse user contexts.

Outcome

Tris Refugee created a structured digital bridge between refugees and employment opportunities. The platform improved the visibility of refugee talent and simplified ethical hiring for organizations. It laid the groundwork for scalable impact across regions and sectors.
