About the Role
As an AI Generalist at Alpheric, you will work across multiple areas of artificial intelligence, including machine learning, data analysis, automation and applied AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build and deploy intelligent systems that solve real-world business problems.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing ML models, integrating AI capabilities into applications and supporting end-to-end AI solution delivery. With a broad technical skill set and a hands-on mindset, you will help bridge the gap between research, engineering and business needs.
Who You Are
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience working with AI, machine learning or data-driven systems
• Hands-on experience with Python and AI ML libraries
• Familiarity with supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering and model evaluation
• Exposure to deploying AI models in production environments
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms and APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Curiosity and willingness to learn across multiple AI domains
