About the Role

As a Digital Analyst at Alpheric, you will be responsible for analyzing digital performance data across websites, campaigns and platforms to generate actionable insights. You will work closely with marketing, product and technology teams to measure effectiveness, optimize performance and support data-driven decision-making.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include tracking key metrics, building reports and dashboards, interpreting user behavior and identifying trends that improve digital outcomes. With strong analytical skills and a structured approach, you will help transform data into meaningful business intelligence.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field

• 2–3 years of experience in digital analytics or performance analysis

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or similar platforms

• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs

• Experience analyzing website, campaign and user behavior data

• Ability to create reports, dashboards and insights for stakeholders

• Familiarity with Excel, SQL or basic data analysis tools

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
