About the Role

As an HR Analyst at Alpheric, you will be responsible for analyzing HR data and metrics to support informed decision-making across talent, performance and workforce planning. You will work closely with HR, leadership and business teams to translate data into actionable insights that improve people processes and organizational effectiveness.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include tracking HR KPIs, preparing reports and dashboards, analyzing trends related to hiring, attrition and performance and supporting data-driven HR initiatives. With strong analytical skills and attention to detail, you will help enhance HR strategies and operational efficiency.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics or a related field

• 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations or people analytics

• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques

• Experience working with HRIS, ATS or payroll systems

• Ability to analyze workforce data and generate insights

• Experience preparing reports, dashboards and presentations for stakeholders

• Understanding of HR metrics, compliance and best practices

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
