About the Role

As an HR Manager at Alpheric, you will be responsible for leading core HR functions including talent management, employee relations, performance management and HR operations. You will partner closely with leadership and business teams to align people strategies with organizational goals.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the employee lifecycle, driving HR policies and compliance, supporting workforce planning and fostering a positive and high-performance work culture. With strong leadership skills and a people-first mindset, you will play a key role in building scalable HR processes that support business growth.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

• 6–8 years of progressive experience in HR roles with people management responsibility

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws and compliance

• Experience managing recruitment, onboarding and talent development

• Ability to handle employee relations, performance management and grievance processes

• Experience working with HRIS, ATS and HR operations tools

• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing organization

• Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
