About the Role
As a Python Developer at Alpheric, you will play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimizing scalable backend systems and applications that power our digital products and client solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, designers, product managers and marketers to deliver reliable, efficient and secure technology solutions.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing backend logic, integrating APIs, managing databases to ensure application performance, security and scalability. With a strong foundation in Python and a problem-solving mindset, you will help transform business requirements into clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
Who You Are
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Python development
• Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask or FastAPI
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and backend architecture
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus
• Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to code quality and performance
