About the Role

As a Technical Project Manager at Alpheric, you will be responsible for leading complex technology-driven projects from planning to delivery. You will work closely with engineering, product, design and business teams to ensure technical feasibility, clear requirements and successful execution.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include translating business needs into technical plans, managing development timelines, mitigating risks and ensuring quality delivery. With a strong technical background and structured project management approach, you will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field

• 5–8 years of experience managing software or technology projects

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and system architecture

• Experience managing web, mobile or cloud-based technology projects

• Ability to work closely with developers to review technical designs and solutions

• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills

• Experience with Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery models

• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar

Required Certifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist

• ITIL Foundation certification preferred

• Cloud certifications such as AWS, Azure or GCP fundamentals are a plus
