About the Role
As a UI/UX Designer at Alpheric, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into thoughtful design solutions that balance usability, aesthetics and functionality.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs, conducting usability reviews and ensuring design consistency across products. With a strong understanding of design principles and user behavior, you will play a key role in shaping experiences that align with both user needs and business objectives.
Who You Are
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Computer Science or a related field
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in UI and UX design for web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability and accessibility
• Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity visual designs
• Familiarity with responsive design and design systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to accept feedback and iterate designs efficiently
